The City has not told me when the Legal Notice for the June 13th Public Hearing will be posted. All I know is that it will be posted in the HB Wave. If anyone reading this Blog post, can locate what I think is a weekly paper, a subsidiary of the OC Register, please reply with the location of where you found it and how much it costs, so we can keep checking weekly for the posting.
We also want to know how much of a notice the City is giving the public for this hearing. Last time it was 7 days before the April 19th, hearing and some did not receive a notice.
We are moving forward with the date being June 13th @ 6pm. This Public Hearing date has NOT posted to the HB City Planning Commission's online meeting calendar yet.
